Workshop Wednesdays: Stress, Burnout, and Mental Health: Taking Care of Yourself During the Busy Seasons of Life
This facilitated discussion is designed for individuals navigating stress, burnout, and ongoing mental health challenges in today’s fast-paced environment.

The session offers a supportive, non-clinical space to pause, reflect, and connect with others who may be experiencing similar pressures related to work, daily demands, and competing responsibilities.
Participants will be guided through a structured conversation focused on recognizing early signs of burnout, understanding how chronic busyness can impact mood and motivation, and identifying practical ways to protect and support mental well-being. The first 20 minutes will provide education on how stress and mood show up in everyday functioning, including in the workplace. This will be followed by a brief guided reflection exercise, and then an open discussion where participants can explore their current experiences with stress and burnout, as well as share and learn practical strategies for coping.
Attendees are encouraged to engage at their own comfort level, whether by listening or contributing. The goal is for participants to leave with greater clarity, a sense of normalization around common struggles, and accessible tools they can apply in their daily lives.
