Workshop Wednesday Graphic

“Bring the Burnout” is a candid, solutions-focused capacity-building workshop designed for nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and service providers who are experiencing burnout, overextension, and blurred boundaries in their work.

This workshop creates space to name burnout honestly while equipping participants with practical tools to reclaim their time, energy, and decision-making power.

Participants will explore how burnout shows up in their work, identify boundary gaps, and leave with clear, actionable strategies to operate sustainably - without compromising impact.
