Founder and Owner, The Practice Collective
Samantha Barash is a Detroit based registered dietitian, wellness leader and community cultivator. She is the founder of The Practice Collective, a membership based community space for wellness and mental health professionals to connect and provide care as well as Tap Into Nutrition, a Detroit based private practice specializing in helping people find a healthier relationship to food. Samantha earned her bachelors degree at Michigan State University and then went on to complete her accredited internship to become a registered dietitian at Wayne State University. When Sam isn’t talking about building community or why all foods are part of a healthy diet, you can find her checking out a new coffee shop or spending time with friends and family.

Founder & CEO, Emerald & Rose Consulting
Ashley Burton-Mims is the Founder and CEO of Emerald & Rose Consulting, where she empowers women and gender-expansive leaders of color to combat burnout and build sustainable well-being practices. A former corporate leader turned wellness strategist, Ashley equips individuals and organizations to lead with compassion, resilience, and intention. Her work is grounded in the belief that we are meant to burn bright — not out.

Jessica is the owner of Breathe: Bodywork and Beautification in Ferndale, the founder of Coterie Detroit and Home of Massage Education, the co-founder of the Ferndale Wellness Fair, and industry practitioner for 20 years. She has worked hard to cultivate community in wellness fields and show the public that physical and mental nurturing is not a luxury or commodity, but your right as a human being. Jessica designs innovative services and offerings at her neighborhood day spa that feel comfortable and personalized with only vegan products and a passion for supporting local, women owned retail. Jessica has been featured on Fox 2 Detroit, CBS Detroit, WDIV Detroit, as well as national podcasts and publications.

Virtual: includes full mail service as well as one day pass per month and access to our community events and perks. Comes with conference room credits built-in.
Open coworking: includes 24/7 access to our building and the ability to work at any of our unassigned desks or lounge spaces. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Dedicated desk: includes a dedicated desk where you can set up a fixed workspace + storage that is entirely yours. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Private office: includes a fully enclosed, private space for your team of 1-10 people to work together. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Yes! All members have access to all Bamboo locations. Members have a homebase such as Royal Oak, then get business access hours M-F 9-5pm in other locations. Credits easily roll over so you can book rooms anywhere, anytime.
You can sign up to work with us on a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month basis.
If you aren’t quite ready for a membership, we offer day passes and conference room rentals.
In Detroit
- There is plenty of street parking within walking distance. Lots charge $2-10 a day. Free parking is available at nearby casinos. Inquire for latest parking dedicated rates.
In Royal Oak
- Street parking is free before 11am.
- You can also get two hours of free parking at the Center Street Garage behind our building ($0.75/hour after the first two hours)
- You can also purchase a parking pass for unlimited parking for $50/month.
In Ann Arbor
- Street parking is all around us
- There are a variety of dedicated parking options around us, ranging $135-200 per spot per month.
