Kevin Sidebottom has worked in various industries and has worked in sales, purchasing, and engineering roles throughout his career allowing him to understand both sides of the sales process and why leadership tends to miss the mark when building thriving cultures. Building solid levels of influence is the key ingredient for sales and leadership. Without this key ingredient organizations lose profits, sales slow, and organizations are forced to fire employees in attempts to lower costs instead of capturing higher profit levels.
Kevin has worked with organizations all over the world to come together and solve issues in order to make them the brand of choice, launch with speed, building the right sales process for continual growth, and high levels of engagement through the organization.
