Non-Negotiables: Turning Values Into Daily Practice

Many of us can name the values that matter most to us, but when work gets busy, pressure builds, and decisions move quickly, those values can quietly drift to the background. So the real question becomes: What helps values actually hold in daily life and leadership?

Join us at Bamboo Ann Arbor on March 24th for an interactive Lunch & Learn conversation and workshop in partnership with Sproutwise to explore how values move from intention to daily practice.

This session brings together three complementary perspectives on how values become durable in real life:

Internal Awareness facilitated by Emefa Boamah
Recognizing the internal signals that tell us when something feels aligned—or when it doesn’t.
Intentional Design facilitated by Shelley Danner
Exploring how our environments, workflows, and daily conditions can support or undermine the way we want to live and work.
Structural Reinforcement faciliated by Abby Gates
Building the systems, agreements, and boundaries that help protect our values over time.
