This workshop is designed to aid you in having a structured conversation with your audience in order to gain clarity and help translate ideas into messaging.

Hien (like the ketchup without the z) Lam is the Chief Prophesy Fulfiller at Huck Finch Studio, a Webflow-exclusive studio offering custom development, site migration, and ongoing maintenance and support services, and Grabbag Studio, a B2B Webflow studio serving the unique demands of early-stage startups.
In addition to running a couple of design studios, Hien also co-hosts Flow State, where he geeks out about all things Webflow and Money Me, a show about getting creatives paid for doing what they love. He also gives talks and conducts workshops with The Lean Startup Conference, Zingtrain, the American Medical Association, and the American Institute of Graphic Arts just to name a few.
In addition to running Huck Finch, I also co-host both the Life on Brand podcast, which shares lessons on how change-makers and rulebreakers live life on their own terms as well as the YouTube show, The Webflow Show, where I geek out about all things Webflow. I also give talks and conduct workshops with The Lean Startup Conference, Zingtrain, the American Medical Association, and the American Institute of Graphic Arts just to name a few as well as mentor students through the University of Michigan optiMize program and LaunchX.
Parking & Arrival
Bamboo Ann Arbor is located at 301 W Washington. Daytime parking is available all around us: street parking with the epark Ann Arbor app, kiddy corner from us at First & Huron Parking, and behind our building at 415 W Washington Street.
Monthly dedicated parking and after 3pm parking is also open at the First and Washington Garage directly across the street from Bamboo Ann Arbor.

What types of memberships do you offer?
Virtual: includes full mail service as well as one day pass per month and access to our community events and perks. Comes with conference room credits built-in.
Open coworking: includes 24/7 access to our building and the ability to work at any of our unassigned desks or lounge spaces. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Dedicated desk: includes a dedicated desk where you can set up a fixed workspace + storage that is entirely yours. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Private office: includes a fully enclosed, private space for your team of 1-10 people to work together. Comes with conference room and print credits built-in.
Do I get access to all Bamboo locations?
Yes! All members have access to all Bamboo locations. Members have a homebase such as Royal Oak, then get business access hours M-F 9-5pm in other locations. Credits easily roll over so you can book rooms anywhere, anytime.
How do your Membership Agreements work?
You can sign up to work with us on a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month basis.
If you aren’t quite ready for a membership, we offer day passes and conference room rentals.
What parking options are available?
In Detroit
- There is plenty of street parking within walking distance. Lots charge $2-10 a day. Free parking is available at nearby casinos. Inquire for latest parking dedicated rates.
In Royal Oak
- Street parking is free before 11am.
- You can also get two hours of free parking at the Center Street Garage behind our building ($0.75/hour after the first two hours)
- You can also purchase a parking pass for unlimited parking for $50/month.
In Ann Arbor
- Street parking is all around us
- There are a variety of dedicated parking options around us, ranging $135-200 per spot per month.
