Get It Out of Your Head: Building Systems You Can Actually Delegate
You know how your business works, but does anyone else?

When so much of your business lives in your head, bringing on help doesn't always make things easier. You may find yourself answering the same questions, explaining how things are done, or doing everything yourself because teaching someone else feels like more work.
In this interactive workshop, we'll start changing that.
You'll take a closer look at the recurring tasks you manage in your business, begin connecting those tasks into larger workflows, and identify what actually needs to be documented. We'll also explore practical ways to create useful SOPs and how tools like AI can make documenting your business much easier.
You'll leave with a clearer picture of how work moves through your business, what needs to come out of your head, and where to start building systems someone else can confidently follow.
This workshop is for entrepreneurs and small business owners who find themselves saying things like:
“It would take me longer to explain it than to just do it myself.”
“I know I need SOPs...I just haven't had time to create them.”
“I want to hire help, but I'm not even sure what I would hand off.”
“Everything is basically in my head right now.”
Whether you're running your business solo, preparing to hire your first person, or already have a small team, this workshop will help you build the operational foundation you need to delegate with greater clarity and confidence.
