Lydia is the founder and owner of Blended Collective, a multicultural marketing and brand consultancy. Her experience includes working with brands like Deloitte and L’Oréal in Germany. Lori Sullivan / Panelist / Business + Marketing Strategy Consultant, Stratify Collective

Lori is a seasoned leader at the intersection of marketing and the future of work. She has over 25 years of experience designing customer experiences at both Fortune 500 companies and small startups. This depth of experience enables her to combine industry leading thought leadership and scrappy, startup mentality. She has been documenting trends and leading innovation projects throughout her career.

As the way we work continues to change at a rapid pace, Lori believes the employee experience is what will set great companies apart. New work models and approaches to employee development will reimagine the marketing and advertising industry structure that has been in place for decades. Along the way our individual career journeys will also change.

She is co-Founder of Stratify Collective and Gallup Certified Business/Career Coach.

Hillary Glaser / Panelist / CEO + Founder, Ellie & Jojo Communications

Hillary is a native of Metro-Detroit with an unusual career path. She got her start as a hair stylist and makeup artist - learning to market herself to others. When her Polish grandmother begged her to go back to school and learn "computers", she did. Hillary learned to code and realized how much she hated it but she haphazardly found SEO in the process and it stuck with her for over 20 years.

After moving to Israel to attend college, one of the only jobs she could get was as a marketing director for a start-up eCommerce company. Post-graduation, Hillary continued to work in marketing and found it to be a unique challenge when she made her way state-side working for an advertising agency.

When she's not working, she's hanging out with her two sons and husband in the zoo that is their household with multiple dogs, a lizard, and two frogs. She also spends her time volunteering in the PTA (something she's VERY proud of) and a local soccer organization.

Melissa Kasey / Panelist / VP of Business Systems, Yext
