Change Management 101: Converting Uncertainty into Your Team's Competitive Advantage
Overwhelmed by shifting priorities? Struggling with change fatigue? Wonder why your organization’s change initiatives aren’t sticking? You’re not alone. Between the evolution of AI, the shifting political climate, and new generations entering the workforce, the leaders I coach are anxious, exhausted, and frustrated. But in today’s workforce, change is the only constant. Top-performing organizations leverage change management best practices to transform uncertainty into their greatest competitive advantage. This workshop cuts through the noise by sharing surprisingly simple strategies that help leaders embrace change, rather than resist it. Participants will leave able to:
- Explain what change management is and why it drives business outcomes
- Recall practical strategies to help people successfully adopt new ways of working
- Apply a tool to accelerate change adoption on their team or organization
