The Truths and Myths about Workplace Well-Being

Burnout isn’t a personal failing—it’s a workplace systems issue. In this interactive lunch-and-learn, Sandy Goel will help you reframe how you think about employee stress and performance.

You’ll explore:

  • Why burnout stems from organizational structures, not just individual resilience
  • The key differences between wellness and well-being—and why it matters
  • Why tackling workplace stressors is more impactful than managing stress after it happens

This session is perfect for leaders, managers, and HR professionals who want to create healthier, more sustainable work environments.

Schedule

  • 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Lunch & Networking
  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Workshop with Sandy Goel

Join us to gain actionable insights you can bring back to your organization—because when systems change, people thrive.
