Burn Bright, Not Out: How to Thrive Without the Hustle Hangover

In today’s fast-paced world, burnout can feel like a badge of honor — but it doesn’t have to be. In this energizing workshop, you’ll learn practical strategies to thrive professionally without sacrificing your well-being.

We’ll dive into:

✨ How to recognize early signs of burnout (before your body sends an RSVP)

✨ Boundary-setting techniques that actually stick

✨ Micro-rest practices you can sprinkle into your day (even on your busiest weeks)

✨ How to create your own "Burn Bright Toolkit" to stay energized and aligned

Expect a mix of real talk, quick wins you can apply immediately, and a 5-minute guided relaxation to send you floating back to work like the boss you are.
