soma soul energy is embodiment practice—moving with the understanding that what we build inside is what will emerge outside. with intention, we focus on the loving integration of mind, body, heart, and spirit. we center relationship—to our bodies, our energy, and the world around us. we experience that our movement and meditation practices can be the foundation of our evolution into more peace, presence, wholeness, and easeful and juicy creative flow.
all levels welcome and encouraged. please bring your own yoga mat and water. also since we are outdoors and on the roof, please bring sunglasses/sunscreen and anything else you might need to feel comfortable.
