Promote. Protect. Prevail: The Small Biz Reputation Toolkit
Every entrepreneur knows the pressure to promote, promote, promote. But nobody seems to talk about protecting what they've built.

Crisis is a spectrum. It's no longer a corporate buzzword for the Fortune 500; it’s a spectrum that starts with a single 1-star review or a rant in a Facebook group.
No brand is too small to deserve protection, yet most small businesses lack the enterprise-level tools to navigate the vulnerability that comes with increased visibility.
This is a tactical workshop designed to democratize crisis management. We’re stripping away the PR agency jargon to give attendees a real-world framework you can use immediately to:
- Fortify your brand position so that you're better able to take a hit (and grow your business in the process).
- Train your team to handle challenging conversations and situations like negative feedback, disgruntled customers confronting them while cameras roll, and more.
- Identify risks before they escalate.
Attendees will also receive the Reputation Readiness Playbook, which walks through the critical first hours after things go sideways....what to do (and avoid).
