It causes major stress and worse, you don't get things done!
There's a way to handle it, without beating yourself up in the process.
You'll gain insights about the cause of procrastination and what you can do to get yourself unstuck.
By the end of the workshop, you'll create a plan to manage procrastination that you can use over and over.
This workshop will be interactive.
Participants will be able to apply the insights they obtain directly to a personal situation.
Together we will:
Identify the causes of procrastination.
Determine what actions to take to resolve it.
Create a plan to implement those actions.
