Design Clarity for Founders
Office Hours with Chris Fick
A space for entrepreneurs, makers, and small business leaders to find clarity and confidence through design thinking. Design isn’t just about visuals — it’s how you make sense of complexity, communicate your purpose, and connect ideas to people. Chris Fick helps founders and small business leaders move from idea to clarity. Drawing from experience in design research, design anthropology, and innovation strategy, Chris guides teams to uncover insights, map opportunities, and design for impact. His office hours are a space to explore ideas, test assumptions, and build momentum toward meaningful growth.
In these sessions, I help founders:
- Discover what their customers truly value through design research and design anthropology.
- Turn uncertainty into opportunity using service and systems design methods.
- Clarify their vision, product, and brand narrative.
- Build creative confidence in how they lead, communicate, and grow their ideas.
I bring 15+ years of experience helping organizations translate complexity into human-centered strategies that work in the real world. My goal is to help founders uncover the insights, unleash creative problem solving, and direction that move their ideas forward.
