Maximize Your Wellness – A Workshop for Professional Women
Join our dynamic group of experts to explore your relationship with the 8 dimensions of wellness and set your intentions for a balanced 2024.

As professional women, the pressure to be everything to everyone, all at once can feel insurmountable. Society tells us, “You can have it all” but left off the fine print that it’s nearly impossible to have it all at the same time. And how much of yourself you have you give up in the process.
Holistic wellness, which includes 8 distinct dimensions, is a life-long journey that centers your life around you. Awareness and attention must be given to all dimensions, however, they do not and should not be equally balanced. Instead, you should strive for a personal harmony that makes you feel the most fulfilled, happy, and authentically you.
Wellness Dimensions include Occupational, Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Financial, Social, Environmental, and Spiritual.
Holistic wellness requires active awareness, acceptance and commitment – you can’t get there passively. That is where we come in.
Register today for Maximize Your Wellness – A Workshop for Professional Women, Friday, January 26th in Detroit, MI.
