We're thrilled to share the incredible success of our 3rd Annual Wellness Week at Bamboo Royal Oak, which took place from May 13th-16th, 2025. This year's program, thoughtfully curated by our Community Coordinator Ally Baird, brought together experts, activities, and our vibrant community for four days of wellness, connection, and personal growth.

Wellness in Action Panel Discussion 🌱

In an intimate and powerful gathering, industry leaders came together for a transformative conversation about integrating wellness into our daily lives. Though small in size, the impact was profound as each speaker shared personal insights and practical wisdom that resonated deeply with our audience. We were honored to feature these remarkable speakers:

Quizzo Trivia + Lunch: Members connected over a fresh salad bar and mindful treats from Yumaste while testing their wellness knowledge in a fun, interactive session. Teams competed in categories ranging from nutrition and mental health to fitness and self-care, making learning about wellness both engaging and delicious

PositiviT Happy Hour w/ JB: An evening of wellness and fashion consciousness came together as JB shared his journey of creating a purpose-driven clothing brand. The session featured an enlightening healing talk with Dr. Tezonia Morgan, exploring the intersection of mental wellbeing and self-expression. Attendees enjoyed drinks, networking, and left with renewed inspiration and support on their wellness journey.

Mat Pilates w/ Club Pilates: An energizing afternoon session led by certified instructors, combining strength training, flexibility work, and mindful movement to wrap up our wellness journey. Participants left feeling refreshed, aligned, and ready to incorporate these practices into their daily routines.
